Hi, I’m Erin Xue — a technical growth marketer and builder. I’ve worked across early- and growth-stage startups, helping products find traction and scale.

This page is a collection of short growth audits where I explore products as a potential user, then analyze growth challenges from a strategic perspective. I focus on identifying friction points in the user journey and connecting them to broader business challenges.

đź’°core growth hypothesis (the crux):

🛑 The ideal persona paradox:

TigerEye’s core value prop is to replace the analyst layer in the traditional GTM teams (data engineers → analysts → practitioners), which likely means SMBs without the traditional data team or data stack - but these companies often lack the technical capability to implement TigerEye successfully.

🛑 The crux:

Success is dependent on the integration quality (e.g., a data engineer within the customer’s company who not only can orchestrate all systems but also provide decent data governance), and value realization requires metric unification - exactly what the target market often lacks.
